Värsta översvämningen i Chiang Mai

Nu värre än 2011 och vattnet fortsätter stiga 🌊.

Chiang Mai Flood Update - 8:00 PM, Friday, October 4th
As of 8:00 PM, the water level of the Ping River at the Saphan Nawarat (P1) station is 5.12 meters and continues to rise at an average rate of 4-5 centimeters per hour. This exceeds the previous Chiang Mai flood record of 4.95 meters in 2011. Water levels are expected to keep rising between now and 1:00 AM on Saturday morning.
Important Notice: The Thai Royal Irrigation Department has warned that the water level will reach at least 5.20 meters at 1:00 AM on Saturday morning, setting a new record for Chiang Mai, surpassing the previous record of 4.95 meters from September 28, 2011.
Flooding is occurring across all seven zones, with zones 1-4 being the most severely affected. Find a map of all flooded locations here: https://msl.to/cmfloodmap. This map is updated every few hours.
